JazzBOND Exploration Centre
Here I am back with semester 5 works!
Basically in the beginning students required to choose a genre of music which towards the end we need to design a musical experiencing centre based on the issue of chosen music. Therefore the issues needed to be identified and produce a propaganda poster based on the current issues. The issues will be solved later on in the final design.
Reason of choosing Jazz:
Jazz is a relaxing music and make people calm. Most important was that it is accepted by most of the public aged from young to old.
Issue:
Shrinking in audience because of the advance of current internet which allow people to do downloading easily. Furthermore Jazz also is an aged music which made people loss interest.
Idea of poster:
It might not really seem to be in a propaganda style but the idea is to hold people together through music which the stings showed idea of getting people connected.

So once the issues confirmed and concept was figured out. I am applying The Ripple Effect into the later design because ripple effect show the idea of how the droplet (music itself) will bring the chain effect outwards (to other community). From MUSIC > FAMILY & FRIENDS > COMMUNITY

The model showed how I want music to stimulate the people surrounding which it will keep spreading outwards from one individual to another one then to a bigger group. The connection between them are also tight to bring out the appreciation of Jazz.

Programs:
1. Fun Fact Wonderland: 4 different islands for beginner to learn about how simple mechanism of musical instruments work.
2. ANIMUSIC Chamber: A chamber that implement ANIMUSIC Musical Instrument which allow
visitors to view and do hands on activities under professional's guidance.
3. Research Enquiries: Open library & enclosed research corner provided for researching purpose.
4. Brainstorming Aisle: A long way up to the highest mezzanine floor with activities provided
alongside of the trails.
5. ANIMUSIC Jamming Lab: 2 experimental jamming lab provided in the centre allow visitors to
explore new innovation (ANIMUSIC) of music & do their own jamming sessions with
ANIMUSIC instruments.
6. Recording Studio: Booking required to do professional recording.
7. Bar & Lounge: Different eras of Jazz will be played on different night and dance floor provided
for visitors to have some romance dance with our Jazz.
8. Guesthouse: Hostel room provided for our in house guest to stay and complete facilities provided,
such as League Zone for socializing, pantry and laundry machine also provided.
